You don't get it at all. For a LOT of people, the whole point of owning a Mac is to show that Microsoft and Intel don't own them, to assert some independence from the dominant MSFT/INTC monopoly.

So, like Scientology, IE3 just doesn't perform as advertised. Like Scientology, IE3 is a false religion. Like Scientology, IE3 is just a way to funnel the money of honest, hardworking, but naive folk into the pockets of the already weathy people who control it.
