I did not use the term evil. Calling the consequences of Ignorant overwhelmingly stupid individuals as

"disgracing America, for his appeasement and defeatism, for his anti-Americanism, for his cowardice and pandering to terrorists"

is describing the real impact and perceptions of his actions. But evil intentions are not assigned, only Ignorant overwhelmingly stupidity. OK one could take out cowardice as it ascribes a motivation. But sadly cowardice was the perception of the enemies of America at the time.
