Clearly, disagreement between old CEO and management/director (board). New CEO at the same base salary/bonus for 2017, so desperation for new CEO, coming from Novo. Interesting that old CEO did not took any advantage from recent price rise (this departure was in place for some times, IMO), so.....?????
