Scott, I agree with you.

I posted this couple of weeks ago and believe that for infrastructure systems it will be a common temporary fix. Where it will work to keep most systems working, problems will arise in the billing systems. Though I am not very familiar with the energy infrastructure, this technique will be used on much of the networking infrastructure.

That's why utilities are already announcing that they will IPL/boot SCADA and
other powergen systems with a setback date of 1972.

It's a real simple fix for any system of this sort.
