Since it's tough to hold a discussion with yourself and it looks as though there are only three of us left let me see what I can do.

Robin with all your research and posting you've spent a lot of time trying to keep the thread informed on what has really taken place and I for one appreciate it.

Rick, "who would buy this stock with all this mess going on"? Well today there was 11 people who traded for a total of 23,500S. For every seller there was a buyer, some body is buying.

"or us for buying the stock" I've followed PRLN for over 3 years and had stock positions most of that time. I did my due dilligence and believed in the technology and that the management was capable of bringing out a product that could perhaps help to eleviate suffering and if successful reward the stock holders with a profit. I invested in good faith and trust but the present management IMO does not warrant the faith and trust of the stock holders.

I was concerned enough in what was going on with this company that I
drove 5 hours each way plus $200+ of out of pocket expense to find out. Rick, I can tell you I didn't like what I saw. Do we blame the stockholders, I don't think so. We only blame them if they let Rhodes and the board exist any longer than necessary. The wall of secrecy must come down.

You mentioned Rhodes, Babish, Koch and Campbell. I believe each played their own part. The criteria that I'd like apply is what action did Babish, Koch and Campbell take after discovering what Keith Rhodes was reputed to be doing. IMO the board is equally responsible in any wrong doing.

Undoubtedly all the chapters have not yet been written in this novel. Hopefully we will know more in the days ahead.
