Regarding the value placed on the outcome of gsb damage claim:
in the prospectus i just received, it states that the are roughly 85.6 millionn litigation warrants issued or reserved. at a closing price 6/5 of $5.10, doesn't this give a value of only 514 million?.
I figured 5.1 times 85.6, the answer then divided by the 85% to reach the 514 number.
if that calculation is valid, then are not the lit warrants a steal at 5.10? if the minimum value is 1billion (and that is a conservative settlement figure, given that judge smith said he may well grant gsb all thay asked in light of the feds lack of credible argument against the claims) the value of the lit warrant would be about $10.
this is an almost dead board , so i may well be speaking to the wind, but it sure looks like the lits are undervalued.
