Small Company Success Requires a Conducive Investment Environment

or

Centralized Economic Planning and The Death of Free Markets in America

How to Fix the TSX Venture Problems

The purpose of the large banks... is to force every company into funding dependence based on debt owed to the banks... by denying all small companies the ability to raise equity capital in free markets... while denying investors the right to market access and the opportunity for participation in early stage investments capable of delivering out-sized returns from investing in products not controlled by the banks.

They ARE systematically suppressing valuation in small market stocks...

That effort devalues minerals exploration, in particular... and intends also to lower the asset acquisition costs for large companies owned by the banks, by the forced undervaluation of the assets of smaller companies... denying investors proper returns on their investments... by choking those companies off from proper access to free market capital creation.
