Investment in 4170 and 4180 Mendenhall Oaks Parkway is expected to total $4.4 million. Elsewhere in the Piedmont Triad, the 151,600 square foot development at 6532 Judge Adams Road in Liberty's Boulders at Rock Creek park has been completed and brought into service, 100% leased to Iomega Corporation.
