Harold:
No, your more right sounding than me. But...
If I am Babish, I am pissed because my contract is really lacking. The company was made because of me. So I will get them, sell some stock and send a message, and threaten to leave. It doesn't seem to work, Rhodes doen't appear to care (although at this point was he formally in charge, I thought Rhodes had resigned???), so I sell my stock for 1.25 bucks a share. I get pennies.
Why didn't babish just see things through for a while? I mean, the product could have rolled, the stock tripled, and then he could try and sell out making BIG bucks. His timing was real poor, including the fact he sold right before the big meeting in NYC. Everybody wants to know the Rhodes angle, I want to understand the babish angle!
You can't see the future, but according to the legal documents, Babish has not worked since his departure, and he is probably worse off financially today than he was back then. So what did he gain?
Oh well.
