1) O'Reilly is on the board.
2) O'Reilly is from Travellers.
3) O'Reilly sided with Rhodes.
4) O'Reilly helped Rhodes to fight back.
5) O'Reilly keeps all PRLN shares.

Now we boot Rhodes:
1) O'Reilly became uneasy with prospect that his shaby dealings sees light,
2) O'Reilly want to keep Rhodes for covering himself,
3) O'Reilly sees that he tanks with Rhodes,
4) O'Reilly decides to dump PRLN shares,
5) PRLN becomes a penny stock.
