<Off Topic> Sheila, HP has a great online support page at: hpcc923.external.hp.com Fill the search field with "paper jam" and you will receive a page which gives details for each HP model (the result page is not linkable, otherwise I would provide it here). Similar results will be provided for many other common problems which you may encounter. This is the type of support example that IOM should follow. It is time to step into the '90s re: customer support. -MrB
