Where did you find your S-8 information? Could you provide a hot link to pull. I would agree with your comments, and think this is standard with almost every company. I would think that this type of employee benefit wouldn't be able to hit the open market for a number of years. I wouldn't judge this news bad or good, but a normal company procedure. No immediate worry!
