Costs and work RPA recommended, so a PFS can be properly done - money Zen doesn't have. (Facts from the PEA tech) And then what RPA STATED is needed (this refers also to building a full scale Pilot plant) Note that this is all stuff that is needed for Zen to meet the specs required by the end users they sent samples to. (read what RPA quietly says) That is why there are NO COMMITMENTS from end users.No petri dish or bench scale stuff qualifies:
