I'm not so sure about that. I've got a pretty good handle on the Bush mafia's plans to invade the Caspian region, enriching Carlyle with the plunder from the U.S. Treasury to pay for the imperialism. I've got a handle on the outrages in lax accountancy that are refered to in the other reply you've received to your post. I understand how pernicious and pervasive the poisoning of politics is by the likes of Artful Andersen and their ilk. Especially the outrage that they eliminated most tort liability for auditors in 1995, in anticipation of frauds just like Enron blowing up in their face.

No, I don't think Marie Brenner has all the answers, but she does have one really good thing. A smart and useful way to get the women of America to focus on something way more important than whether Brittany Spears is an innie or an outie.
