Rick, Bulletin Board stocks are usually penny stocks that aren't traded electronically like other NASD issues. I'm not sure if there is a real "bulltin board" per se but I know they post the transactions differently. For example, you can get a price quote on a BB stock but no volume data. At least not with E-Trade, the illustrious holders of my PRLN certificates. Next step after the BB is the trash can. Or maybe one of those sleazy Canadian exchanges. Hank
