Heh heh - that was a lot more than two minutes Raymond -g- .... saw it Sunday, didn't have time to reply, but very interesting ... couple of the links on it were doing things to my computer, for instance the Alex Chui [sp?] link ... yes, spammers come not far behind the yeller pine lobby on my list of organisations the planet is better off without ... we were away from home for a couple of days, so in one idle moment i picked up a free community 'newspaper' to check out the area - well you wouldn't believe the weight of adverts and flyers that were wedged in between the twelve thin pages of the paper, which had adverts in them as well, of course ... signal-to-noise ratio of 1-to-50, if that ... but at least they're helping to keep loggers in business -g-
Email spam - if there really was free enterprise, and there was somebody out there familiar with the adage 'find a need and fill it', then there would be posted somewhere a convenient 1-800 number and website where we could register incoming spam, identify the spammers, and call in airstrikes on their servers ... think of it - 'Your spammer dealt with in thirty minutes, or double your money back!' ... "Would you like them fried with that order, sir?" ... it would work ... you could IPO such an outfit quite easily, and on Nasdaq there is still available the ticker SPAM [also BOMB, however NUKE appears to be taken]
Don't know what's up with the Commerzwaffe, just got in .... cheers |
