You voted against Pratt because insiders at GTSM convinced you he was bad -- as you told us here. BUT THAT WAS BEFORE THE STUFF YOU QUOTE. What inside information did you get before the vote that convinced you that Pratt was a bad guy? Do you realize that as shareholder your vote didn't matter to get Pratt to resign as AN OFFICER? (clue: shareholders ordinarily vote for directors, not officers). The whole campaign against Pratt was calculated propaganda --- to set up a fallguy explanation for the latest reason this company has accomplished nothing since 1984. - Charles
