Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but the SEC doesn't permit a company to make announcements they know can influence the price of their stock
until after the closing bell with maybe the exception of normal marketing product anouncements like the Sony announcement today. The expectation of tommorrow's trade show and press conference is probably what kept the stock from closing at 36 today. I read the rebound late this afternoon as a real positive and expect the stock to close around 38 tomorrow if not alittle higher. We'll see.
