I would have to agree with just about all who have posted. I have never been one to go off on a major rant. But I have defended this company. The WCG contract, the late 1Q/4Q reports, the lack of news. NO MORE. I heard about this 63M share crap last night. Confirmed it this morning. I am sure there have been 60+ Million shares for several months. No doubt in my mind. I would like to first say that I have the utmost respect for Doris and Mr Walthers. They have always been professional and have never given me any misleading information. At least to their knowledge. Doris told me, just after the 1Q/4Q numbers were released, that there were 47 Million shares. Was she not telling the truth? I don't think so. I believe she was kept in the dark about this, as so many others were and still are. The key to the problems in this company lie on the one person who is in charge. HUTTOE.... Not only do I feel that he has not been truthful I don't feel he is up to the job. As far as I am concerned this guy is a two bit venture capitalist playing CEO with the big boys. I expect the company to at any time issue a press release about why SEXI has not released news on the piece of land in Montana, insisting that gold will be struck and confirmed by a geologist "ANYTIME". Huttoe and the way he runs his company belong on the VSE. For God sakes... how many times can you screw up? I can't say that I didn't expect this kind of crap from a BB stock. Isn't the first and it won't be the last. But I realy thought this company was different. There are two posible answers. 1) Huttoe is compleatly INEPT (period) 2) He is an extreamly intelligent SLIME BALL. Mr Huttoe... you can Email me your choice. Just in case I don't get the chance. Mr Walthers, if you are reading this, I congratulate you on your appointment to the position of CEO. Because everybody knows this is your company. Huttoe is simply the Venture Capitalist that is behind all the shares floating around. He was the one that organized the reverse acquisition that turned the SHELL known as Software of Excellence in to what is now Systems of Excellence. Since he has done his job and hyped the stock enough to get all the private placements done, I assume he will be gone in do time and you (Mr Walthers) will be the CEO. You, I feel, are up to the job. Maybe then will I consider buying back some shares. Untill then I will look but will surely not touch. I wish you all luck. I may drop in from time to time, but at this point I don't see SEXI going anywhere but down. At least for now. I have heard some things that trouble me. I will not mention them, but if true SEXI is truly dead meat. If you must know what realy turned me off was the 20 million + shares that I just became aware of. Others are right. Your share are diluted. They are now worth 30% less then I thought they were last week. That on top of all els has given me no choice. Great thread, great people, hard work, what a shame. I hope SEXI is happy. You people did more for this company then anybody could have. They couldn't pay for this kind of PR. Good luck to all -Leif P.S... I agree with Linda. Geoffrey Eiten is a jerk. Never liked the guy. If he had it his way we would all have to call him on a 1-900 number. The guy thinks he is actualy somebody. What a joke.(As long as I was slamming people.. it thought I would get it over with)
