Fortunately, I'm quasi-self employed: incorporated, 100% commissioned.
I work mainly for one firm, but do deals with others on occasion.

The owner is a great guy who wants independent people. He does NOT want to manage. His one and only management technique is to walk in and say, "Make a deal!". Seriously, that is it!

So..... I set up my Windows screen saver to use the scrolling banner in twisted 3D: "Make a Deal!". It swims and twists all over the screen..

Hahahahahah!!!!
