Steve, check out today's edition of Barrons on-line. Interesting article about how baby bells have risen as a group this year by almost 40%. Writer warns that rise could reverse, as P/E ratios are almost double their expected rate of 5-year EPS growth, that entry of RBOCs into long distance has been stymied, and that CLEC's are about to start mangling RBOC profits due to aggressive expansion into RBOC's market for local service. Once we see some "penetration" announcements (hopefully, starting w/WCII's) combined with weaker results from RBOCs, I hope that we might see some of the money come our way now stashed in baby bells.
