Sergio I believe this is a good strategy. I believe many businesses have held back M & A activity till there's more certainty in economic direction and Governmental fiscal policy. No matter the outcome of the election. I believe M&A activity will pick up afterward. At the very least, business will no more about what cards they are about to be dealt.

Business fees tied to M & A activity is a good area of business. I believe many big banks involved in this are have not cut back on lending for credit worthy customers .

I also believe we will see a pick up in IPO's next year. The Facebook debacle kind of put a kibosh on many looking. I know in my area, Baush &Lomb is one. That's if they don't get bought out before hand.
