Well, I could see how you could make such a point, but this particular person was an excellent trader and had actually gone on to open his own office. He just didn't have any reason to lie to me. His office was one of the most successful Block offices and he had trained many of the traders himself. The more important piece of information he provided was that he had never seen anyone over 40 make it... As for discipline, I would add concentration. And an excellent execution system too, like Cybertrader.
