NSI receives $3.3-million in new orders NSI Communications Inc NSII Shares issued 44,180,507 2000-03-01 close $2.15 Thursday Mar 2 2000 Mr. Phil Masella reports NSI Communications has received two orders totalling over $3.3-million from a major international telecommunications carrier. NSI will supply two turn-key satellite earth stations which will be used to meet the growing demand for international telecommunications capacity to North America. The need for this expansion is driven mainly by the rapid growth in Internet traffic. John Gregus, NSI's director of business development, commented: "We have worked with this customer on several projects in the past and these new orders demonstrate their continuing confidence in our expertise and experience in satellite communication systems. We look forward to a growing participation in the customer's ongoing expansion plans." The orders are scheduled for delivery during the second and third quarter of 2000.
