Moot point? Not at all. The fact that the ask dropped to my bid level the very next day is irrelevant. My broker asked me if they should put in my limit order again and my reply was "why bother if it will only be cancelled when ever the MM feels like it".

Moot point? It is a matter of principles with me. I stand by and try to correct my mistakes and I will expect no less from anyone that I do business with especially when it is very likely illegal. Besides it will allow me to sleep at night just knowing that I didn't allow them to push me around. I'm often haunted by past injustices that I did nothing about.

Now should I use this as a lead into why IPM performed no injustice IMO ? Nah, I will wait until I am called out on that one.
