Hi g72, Definitely not a short term plan. It will take a lot for me to do that plan. That being said I've pondered those thoughts for 15 years. The fishing on the north island is just too good and they have great beer , plus pride of who they are. As I traveled their country, every place is like a postcard. Clean and proudly kept. I returned and told my wife, no more filthy Europe, we're going to New Zealand on our next long trip. Hunting on the south island they say is good as well - pretty much keeps this country boy happy. BUT, I do love my home here. Tiebreaker is corruption! Bob
