Ice, concerning Barrons, read the Sub Committee Hearings and their names , along with Dorfman's come up on almost a daily basis. They are Lackeys for the Short Cartel and have not had an original thought of their own for quite sometime.

The person who places his stock in a margin account signs an agreement that basically gives his firm the right to loan out his shares . It is the firm that plays the middle men. The firms are the ones who are responsible to each investor and making sure each maintains proper equity in the account. This is big business for the firms because the firms makes interest off the long in the margin account and the they make intereast of the short who who borrows the stock. As far as stock ownership and and stock responsibilty I really do not have an answer for you. I will do some research on that and get back to you. maybe there is a securities attorney out there that can help us on this.
Regards,
Dominic
