This management team are first class go ahead individuals. In big organizations it is not uncommon too find that not everyone is happy or content with the leadership direction or is frustrated in some other way. Don't be surprised about it we should be surprised if it weren't true.

i'm sure it's true at T or MSFT or IBM etc etc. I think we have good reason to believe that our management team knows what they are doing and will deliver shareholder value. To those that aren't happy I don't mean to be short but there is a hungry venture capital market out there and if you've got it then you and the opportunity will find eachother. That's the way of the market in the last few years of the 20th Century....it's not bad it works quite efficiently.

To our management team if you're listening ...I think you're doing great carry on and make a success for your shareholders and your team.
