No other Mouse...i will just call Dell and get them to replace it or tell me what to do...

they overnighted me a new keyboard when one of my keys was sticking...so hopefully this will not be a problem...

I just thought it might be some setting or netscape thing...since it does this when in a browser...

and then after I shut down the browsers..it continues to do it...
