When you find the SEC filings on Edgar, if you click the form type, it gives you a definition.

Go to Yahoo and look up BLUE, when the quote page or profile comes up, click SEC

That should show you the latest SEC filing. Near the top of the page will be links to recent filings, and Edgar Online. Click Edgar online, and you get a list of all recent filings. Clicking on the form type gives you a definition of the form. Clicking on the Co name next to the form type, shows you that filing.

OR just bookmark this site:http://www.edgar-online.com/formdef.htm#8-K
and scroll around.
