OT Mark, what do you think of GMGC as a voice-rec play? General Magic has been full of hype and stories since they sold their IPO. I bought the stock over a year ago and watched in go from $8 down to nearly .50 and then rise back up again. I suppose there is some value in being patient, but I wasn't smart enough to buy more when it was down. I did go to the annual meeting and saw a demo of the new system voice system Serengetti. It looked pretty smooth, and worked like you would hope. I saw another demo of a Zoran DVD/video system and it flickered and wasn't full motion. The CEO said it was a great technological step. I said maybe, but the picture's no good. He said, What do you expect? I said perfection. Well, I can't say how it will work in the real world, but the demo of GMGC's voice system was flawless. It was elegant and useful. If they get a contract, the stock will rocket. I thought they might go down in the near term with the market being so unstable, so I took a profit when it was finally possible. I'm waiting for any news to buy again. But, it's cool, and I would expect it to be successful if they can make it work like they did in the demo. It is a very powerful application. Their price structure is very payable. Regards, Mark
