That's interestingTbill89, so you were not there but you are saying the facts aren't straight.? It really doesn't matter whether a stork dropped it at his doorstep. The Chief recommended it after he did proper DD and later on when it met certain criteria. The fact remains the Chief recommended CCB at around .13 and he takes responsibility for his recommendation.
