Check this out - poor little Vinod wants the lawyers to protect him.
exchange2000.com
He doesn't like it when we give others the FACTS and our CONCLUSIONS/OPINIONS, based on his own words.
He wants a free ride, to continue doing what he does, not matter who gets harmed. And when he is confronted with his own words, and the opinions that those words are certain to draw, what is his answer? Veiled threats.
Vinod, buddy, if you're monitoring this [I know you are], listen up: You see, unfortunately for you, I do understand the law, so your tactics won't work. The law does NOT protect scoundrels from being revealed - it gives absolute protection to the truth, and great protection to opinion. And all I have done is throw your own words back at you, and give my opinion of what they mean - as have others at SI. Interesting that they are almost all of the same opinion, with the possible exception of your chums [who are strangely silent on the matter at issue].
So, Vinod buddy, your veiled threats will certainly not be a deterent to me, and I hope not to others. In any event, you have already said enough to hang you in most people's eyes - once they get the information, that is, which I intend to provide, especially when the unwary/newbies are involved, who are likely to be most harmed.
IMHO
