NYC and Chicago say FU Donald Trump: "The mayors of New York and Chicago have suggested they would not cooperate with deportation efforts. The Trump administration has threatened to withhold federal money if cities take this approach. Brown, in turn, has suggested that California could decide to stop sending federal tax dollars to Washington, D.C. (The state pays more in federal taxes than it receives in federal benefits.)"
