Absolutely. That's the only solution to the cancer in gov't/business combine, out of control secrecy producing not incompetence, but outright world-class criminality.

All public information should be public, and impeach or indict those trying to hide the public's business for their own personal political and financial aggrandizement.

guess open information approach is (similarly to open source software) the alternative to building up propriatory (or governmental) walls.
