Nobody has a handle on it.....I will say that the recovery could happen quickly if the CEO's feel they will quickly fall behind the next guy who starts to buy....the pack theory.....the kicker will be cheap financing from the drop in fuel and electric prices superimposed on dropping fed rates.......the money on the sidelines could come back very quickly once they get disgusted of 1-2% returns.Telecoms are the key.The average household still pays a chunk of change to their local phone companies every month.
