Jonathan, my thoughts exactly. The rest of the Board might sacrifice Rhodes just to save their own necks. They all heard how outraged the stockholders were at the stockholders meeting and how we objected to their holding an election for new Board members before we could ask them questions about what was going on. They ratified the situation with their silence. Not one of them said, "Hold it! These stockholders have invested their hard earned money in this company and they deserve to have all their questions answered. After all, they are the owners of the company and they are our bosses and we report to them." (Jimmy Stewart, where are you when we need you?) Instead, they endorsed the drive-by meeting by refusing to object to Rhodes' charade. They reminded me of the old Communist Party, marching together in lockstep unison. If Rhodes stepped down and one of the other directors took his place it would be like replacing Kruschuv with Brezhnev. They all must go or else they must demonstrate to the stockholders' satisfaction that they did their best to oppose Rhodes' actions by working against him within the system. One way they could do that is by coming to this forum and spilling their guts by telling us everything that happened. We deserve the truth, and unless they are willing to give it to us they must go.
