Int'l Tournigan private placement International Tournigan Corporation ITG Shares issued 16,553,331 Feb 2 close $0.10 Wed 3 Feb 99 Private Placement Further to the VSE notice dated Jan. 14, 1998, the VSE has accepted for filing the third and final tranche of the non-brokered private placement of 1,000,000 special warrants, third and final tranche, at 15 cents. Each special warrant is exchangeable, at no additional cost, into one share and one warrant to purchase an additional share at 30 cents for one year.
