Beijing Accelerates Its Military Spending By JIM YARDLEY and DAVID LAGUE nytimes.com ( Wow! They're going to increase their spending to less than a TENTH of ours! (Not counting Iraq)) Yeah, but it still sounds very scary. It makes you want them to build two or three star wars in order to insure our safety.
