Thanks for your kind reply. I do not know if these guide lines apply to OTC-BB or not. GaBard my know and if so I am sure he will post when he gets a chance.
I forgot to ask specifically about the OTC-BB all my information was it was being funneled through a second party.

One thing I did find out that may also prove helpful to others, is you can divide the purchase and keep some in Street and take delivery on the remainder.
