I think you're right about the slim chances of a buyout. In fact, I wonder if Softbank would be able to go along with a takeover, even if they wanted to. They signed an agreement not to sell for five (?) years. (I think it was no buying for two, no selling for five - or was it the other way around?) Would that include a takeover situation?
Nevertheless, a takeover of any of EGRP's competitors at a decent premium should supply a nice push for EGRP as well.
