Jerry: Skip H. makes a good point on the shorts. A simple call by Mr. Price to the
sec and they will give the NPEC, CEO the total on I think it is the last Thrursday of each
month. They may give it to him each day as that information I do not have. Can you ask Mr. Price
to some way provide that infomration to you so it can be viewed by we stockholders.
