Kelley, PNDR converted some of their overhanging debt to equity. I believe that is what started the upmove last year. The price of oil has killed the stock price. A 1.00 stock price would be reasonable if the price of oil would start going up! Not many people participate on this thread. It is good to hear from you. Mike
