It's the first one, but I believe large #ZSUN# shareholders are also filing separate suits, as are a number of the other Companies that have been relentlessly BASHED, since the identities and whereabouts of the Bashers (SSB's) are now public. The other interesting factor is that ZSUN, being a "Leader" in this relatively new field is attracting a lot of media interest and coverage from the specialized financial press, and I am not talking of "Stinky Stock DeFective" here....
