I was just noticing today how retail space that has been lingering on the market for many years in my area is filling up with pizza chains and nail salons. Dozens of laid off executives using their 401K money to "Live the American Dream". Be your own boss. Own your own business. Welcome to third-class citizen status. I had my own for 15 years. Good luck ever getting a loan again.
