Talking about: Europe ALALU will prompt some consolidation across the Atlantic. Perhaps ERICY is a better match to MONI.

Siemens/NEC is a good match; They already cooperate in 3G-UMTS.

I don't think AFCI or TLAB are interesting to a an Euro-vendor (IMHO). Can't say about RDBAK, though.
