In every installation to date, according to Mr. Laupper, the installation was completed without error and without having to do any rework.
The operational results far exceeded the client's and the company's expectations. Results were sharper images, more resolution, less time expended per patient, less radiological invasion, less personnel time per patient and 100% reliability.
RE: Cost factors:
Although the digital products, direct digital Radiology, (ddR), The Swissray Multi Systems, are more expensive than traditional installations, the improved images, reduction in archiving location sizes, better initial quality, lesser time per patient, less personnel cost,
less materiel costs, improved software calculations of results obtained and cost factors and patient monitoring. have contributed a large improvement to the facility's bottom line. The payback period for the cost expended for the installation is approximately ONE YEAR.
