I dont want our kids saddled with humongous debts, repressive pseudo-Christian moralists, a more polluted America and hatred-war on earth. I'd rather go the other way. Wouldn't you? By the way I am hoping Kerry can get McCain to run with him as a truly non-partisan ticket. I'm not about parties, my main issues are corruption, economy, global peace and doing something about the alarming troubles with the world environment. Like getting off Arab oil first then all foreign oil soon, and not by drilling in National Parks. I am also pissed off about the plethora of conservative talk radio gas-bags. I can't even find a moderate, unbiased or liberal talkshow on the radio sometimes. Nothing but a bunch of right-wing mouthpieces who repeat the same inflammatory exaggerations and lies over and over, including the biggest lie that the media is controlled by liberals. Maybe 30 years ago but no longer. Most people in America are not conservatives, by the way.

Partly because of his own failures to be on the ball. We simply need and deserve better, and John Kerry is as close as I can find to a truly exceptional president. I thjink a lot of conservatives will come to admire him the more they see of him. He doesn't BS anyone and has real courage and vision. He's also his own man so no hidden special interests behind him. Boy is that refreshing. |
