Laura, When first announced this was a good deal for POKR shareholders. It was a 6(POKR) for 1(AVIA) swap & POKR was .35, AVIA 3.75 area. Now i don't see how it can be any big advantage. The good news is if they merge someone will at least be answering AVIA's phone( i called them everyday for 2 1/2 weeks when this was first announced & received no answer). Good-luck & i'll be keeping an eye on it. JC
