SCNT is a very small company now, shouldn't even be on the Naz and probably won't be for long. Notice how tiny the market cap is. 30-35 million with 80 million in cash and no debt or significant burn rate. They're in a sit-on-the-bottom holding pattern until the market improves and/or they can show evidence of an evolutionary move to service a new strategic niche. Focus I believe is on energy and chemicals now. They landed BP as a client. If they can get more they'll regain credibility. As for inside sellers they must be desperate for cash selling at half the cash value of the company.
